Returns
All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Services are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
Events less than 8 hours in duration are not eligible for a refund.

Gift cards
Gifts (merchandise that was purchased and shipped to a non-billing address)
Downloadable software products
Downloadable audio, video and digital products of any kind
Books
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
Essential Oils
Jewelry
Some health and personal care items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Policy for Events:
Refunds are available for telecall series within 24 hours of the end of the first call, provided a second call was not attended. Refunds for live classes must be requested before lunch on the first day of class or within 4 hours from the start of class, whichever comes first. All class materials must be surrendered immediately to receive refund. Refunds for classes may be subject to an 15% non-refundable fee. Products that are instantly downloadable and events less than 8 hours in duration are not eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless specifically instructed to do so by Access Possibilities.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Handcrafted Jewelry (approved to be exchanged for a different size) that is not returned within 7 days of delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returning Merchandise
If refund or exchange is approved, and you are instructed to return product to Access Possibilities, you should mail your product to: Access Possibilities 25999 Glen Eden Rd # 48 Corona California US 92883.

If instructed by Access Possibilities to return your product directly to the manufacturer, Access Possibilities will provide the return shipping address.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for return of any item(s).

We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance if not included. Access Possibilities cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email or contact us through our website.

Exchanges (if applicable)
To complete an approved exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, send us an email immediately or contact us and wait for instructions on how to proceed before returning your item.

Exchange Size of Handcrafted Gemstone or Magnetite Jewelry (if applicable)
As stated above jewelry is a non-returnable item. However, in the event that your handcrafted Gemstone or Magnetite bracelet, anklet or pet collar purchased from Access Possibilities does not fit; AGREEMENT
